Refund policy

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Or, for online orders, a return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order and received within 21 days.
Merchandise must not be damaged, worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
Merchandise returned without original tags or not in new condition may be refused.
All returns will be allowed an exchange or given store credit only.

Sale items, lingerie and related items are a final sale.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

To obtain a return authorization, email shop@z.boutique and include your name, sales receipt # (found on the top right corner of your receipt located inside your package) and the items you wish to return. We will respond with a shipping label.
