At Z Boutique, we believe style comes in all sizes. We’re Madison’s locally owned, body-positive boutique specializing in sizes 14–24, and we’re looking for someone special to join our small but mighty team. This isn’t just a retail job — it’s about making every customer feel confident, celebrated, and seen.

• Flexible daytime shifts (no nights, no Sundays or Mondays)

• 1–2 days/week + 1–2 Saturdays/month

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Wears plus-size clothing or understands the plus-size shopping experience

• Loves helping people feel amazing in what they wear

• Is friendly, reliable, and enjoys working with a small team

• Can pitch in with a variety of tasks — from styling to steaming clothes

• Bonus points if you enjoy social media, displays, or content creation

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and style advice

• Create a welcoming, body-positive space

• Run the register, keep the store tidy, and help with events

• (Optional based on interest) Assist with product photos, social content, or merchandising
